When will my order be shipped?
All in-stock items will be shipped with 2 business days (not including public holidays and weekends). If an item you ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will immediately advise you when to expect delivery.
All our shipping carriers are currently experiencing delays due to unprecedented volumes and safety protocols. As a result, your order/return may display interruptions and delays in tracking event updates. Thanks in advance for your patience.
Is the Shipping free?
Yes, we offer free shipping on every product by postal delivery channel. If you need express delivery like DHL and FedEx, you can pay an extra shipping fee in the process of checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
We know it’s hard to wait! That’s why we offer a number of different shipping methods and prices depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered. Delivery times will also vary depending on the day and time that your order is placed and the amount of processing time needed for our warehouse to fulfill and ship your order. You may receive multiple shippment confirmation e-mails if items are shipped separately. The arrival time of your items depends on the designated shipping method and your shipping location.
What is the shipping time?
Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment.
For example, if you order a tabelt it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 10-18 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 13-23 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For most of the countries, our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT(Valued Additional Tax). However, for some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK or Americas countries like Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). And the customer should be reponsible for the customs clearance in your country if nesscessory. We will try our best to assit you to finish the process like providing the invoice.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping under our shipping partners. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We have the right not to do any replacement of any damaged or lost shipping parcel if we did not receive any notification from you regarding the issue or if the returned parcel is not in good condition as when the parcel shipped (Please refer to returns policy).
