Return Policy


We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered to you. Please check the below return policies carefully before returning an item to us. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.


– Purchase can be returned within 30 days from the delivered date.

– Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, ensure that all articles in the package are intact! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

– Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

– If the item dead on arrival(DOA) or you received a wrong item, please keep the proof of defective item by taking a picture and contact us in 3 days. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us, for which your postage will be reimbursed.

– If you are not satisfied with the product for your personal reason like dislike the color, dislike the size, or any other reason except for quality issues, you will cover all the return fees including the potential customs tax.

– If you want to return the item which is defective after 30 days from the delivered date, then we can offer free repair on your order. You’ll have to cover the shipping fee returning to us and we will cover the shipping fee of shipping to you.

– If you found any accessories missing or lost upon receiving your package, please contact us in 3 days and offer us the photo proof then we will deal with your issue in 3 business days. We will re-send the missing accessories for you.


Kind Reminder: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Any items returned that fall outside of our policy will be discarded and the refund amount adjusted accordingly. If your account is flagged for returns policy violations, we will no longer be able to accept your returns.


Steps for sending back the item you bought


  1. Contact us at sales@tabletdevice.com to offer us the following things: the order id, your name, your email address, the reason for returning an item, and all the proof.
  2. We will review your return request in 3 business days and we’ll get back to you to let you know if you are eligible for returns.
  3. We will send you the return info including address, contact person, phone number, and other notices.
  4. You return the package according to our requests.
  5. We received the returning package.
  6. After fully checked your package then we will process your refund. This process may take about 3-6 business days.


Kind Reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address.

Returned package without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.


How long will I receive my refund?

It depends. In most cases, the refund will credited to the original method of payment within 3 days. If you have not received the refund more them 3 days, please contact the related payment agency to check for the reason.


Exchange policy


All exchange requests will be processed as refunds. Exchange is not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.


Order Cancellation


Your order will be fully refunded if it`s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
